Know More About

Autonomous Indoor Material Movement

The indoor movement of material happens from one manufacturing process to another, or in between two different sections on the floor, or even in two separate buildings within the plant. Our technology assists you in this movement of inventory by picking up and dropping material from a designated area to the assembly line.

Automation helps you ease the operational activity of your industry and increases production capacity. With the convenience of getting the right material at the right time, you reduce the wastage of resources, increase production and efficiently use manual labor in other important operational processes by lowering the need for material movement.

How does it work?

The operation of autonomous indoor material movement works by detecting a material placed at the pickup point, processing the information fed to it, identifying the destination it needs to be reached, and smoothly transporting the material where it's required. A fully automated material movement system helps eliminate the need for human interaction with the systems.

At the time of need of the material at an operational place in the facility, the material doesn't have to wait for an operator to transport it, a few clicks on the software can do the job easily, thus freeing operators from additional tasks. For urgent requirements at the facility during a manufacturing process, indoor drones can be used to deploy to deliver single items directly to the production line. This ensures no wastage of energy, time, or blockage in the production process. Availability of value additions such as Inventory Management, Intra-Logistics, and Inspection & Surveillance, helps you ensure the smooth functioning of the material movement without the need of checking it regularly.

In the working process of an industry, there are frequent and constant needs for material tracking, location tracking of the needed material, location of missing material, and urgent requirements of material in the process sequence. For this unnecessary trouble that happens in the facility, we have designed and created our indoor material movement system to cater to your needs.

Advantages

Reduce Manual Intervention & Dependency: Automated & planned operations with real-time monitoring, data visibility, & increased productivity.
Improved Safety: Packed to the gills with many sensors and cameras, Drones / AMRs can interpret & understand their environment to travel within a facility without colliding with obstacles such as product, infrastructure, or people.
Increased Flexibility: Instead of following hard-set paths, AMRs are able to dynamically create their own efficient pathways from Point A to Point B within a facility, helping them to avoid obstacles and allowing for agile, modular automation.
Quick Implementation: Can often be deployed within an operation in 4 to 6 weeks.
Modular Deployment: Because AMRs are relatively easy to implement within a facility, it is possible to follow a modular deployment system – starting with a few units and adding more as necessary as your operation grows and your needs change.
